Document Verification
Anyone can apply for verification of original / photo copy of documents like Mark Sheet / Pass Certificate etc. issued by the board.
Individual / Companies / Organizations / Agencies / Govt. Department / Embassies who would like to verify the authenticity of the academic documents may have to follow this procedure:
- Write an application for verification on sample paper and also mention roll no, class, session in application (also attach self attested photo copies of the documents with application.)
- Send a Demand Draft of Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable) for each document drawn in favour of: "The Council of Basic & Technical Education".
- Add Rs. 100/- postal charges Extra in India and Rs. 1000/- for out side of India.
- Verification charges for Central / State Govt. departments and Embassies are same.
- Normal Period required for Verification 15-30 days.
- Please, mention your postal address and Phone No. on the application.
